Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Venue Manager. The Venue Manager will oversee the daily operations of our sports arenas, ensuring they are well-maintained, efficient, and provide an exceptional experience for athletes and enthusiasts. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating events, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling budgeting and financial reporting. The Venue Manager will work closely with other teams to support events and activities, providing outstanding venue management services.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Venue Management
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management
- Event Management skills
- Leadership and staff management experience
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Passion for sports and recreation
