About the Role We are looking for an energetic and confident Telemarketer to join our Pune office. You will be responsible for selling JobTalk.ai — an AI Voice Agent built for Recruiters — to staffing and recruiting companies in the US. This role involves outbound cold calling, appointment setting, and occasionally giving product demos to interested prospects. Key Responsibilities Make high-volume outbound calls to staffing and recruiting firms across the US. Present and pitch JobTalk.ai , our AI-powered voice agent that helps recruiters make hundreds of calls in minutes. Schedule qualified demos and appointments for the sales team — and conduct product demos yourself when required. Maintain detailed call logs, prospect notes, and follow-ups in the CRM. Achieve and exceed daily/weekly call and appointment goals. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies. Required Skills & Experience 1–3 years of experience in outbound cold calling, appointment setting, or telemarketing. Prior experience selling SaaS or technology products preferred. Excellent English communication and persuasion skills. Strong confidence and no fear of phones . Comfortable working the US EST shift (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST) . Good to Have Familiarity with CRM systems, lead databases, or Sales Navigator. AI-literate — able to use AI tools for finding and enriching leads.
