Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to expand our client base and strengthen relationships within the staffing and recruitment domain. The role requires strong sales acumen, client relationship management, and the ability to identify new business opportunities in the HR & recruitment industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and develop new business opportunities in staffing and recruitment services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, HR heads, and decision-makers.
- Pitch staffing solutions, recruitment models, and service offerings to potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and recruitment practices.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and client agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in business development / client acquisition within staffing or recruitment consultancy.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Networking skills and ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Prior exposure to Chennai corporate market is an added advantage.
