Job description for Location Head: Corporate Sales (B2B)The Corporate Sales role is a unique opportunity to contribute in a meaningful way to drive high velocity, high-impact projects at a very exciting time for the company.If you are an energetic, self-managed professional with experience in managing a B2B sales process,and possess excellent presentation and listening skills, organization, and contact management capabilities, we would love to hear from you.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Building a corporate insurance book by new acquisition / retention.Mapping Market, identifying opportunities, setting up Go To market strategy.Building and managing team.Managing overall profitability.Manage customer journey, mapping client and strengthening relations.Networking & Hunting to attract potential clients.

Preferred Skills:

Demonstrating a solid understanding of the products or services on the commercial lines domain. (Specifically on GMC line of business)Should have understanding of broking business and markets in Hyderabad.Should be able to develop client communication, pitch, USPs, positioning, marketing and allied activities.Building relationships with clients.Should be able to negotiate and close deals independently and drive internal team to achieve overall targets.Should be able to map market, competition and market trends.Good presentation skills and deep understanding of Employee Benefits & Non-Employee Benefits Policies.

ISMS Responsibilities:

Follow the instructions of Function Heads, operate systems on behalf of Function Heads and serve users authorized by Function Heads.Provide technical consulting assistance to Function Heads so that information systems can be built and run to best meet business objective.Ensure the safeguarding of information in their possession.Accepts responsibilities for the operation and protection of information assets.Perform the work as delegated by the by the Function Head.

Skills Required:

Candidate who is knowledgeable about the products and services for Corporate BusinessCandidate should be self-driven.Have the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment.Have good presentation skills and be able to convince potential clients.Should be willing to travel extensively.
