Digital Performance Manager

We seek a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO optimization, and tracking to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker who manages multiple campaigns, analyzes performance data, and delivers actionable insights to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
Plan, develop, and execute paid digital advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Set up and manage PPC, display, retargeting, and social media advertising campaigns.
Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure they meet performance goals and budgets.
Collaborate with relative teams for ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages that align with campaign objectives.
Performance Analysis:
Analyze campaign performance data to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve conversion rates and ROI.
Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and insights.
SEO Optimization:
Develop and implement effective SEO strategies.
Conduct keyword research to identify high-traffic, relevant keywords for both paid and organic campaigns.
Optimize website content, and landing pages for SEO to improve search engine rankings and Quality Scores.
Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities, including link building, and content optimization.
Use tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Moz to monitor SEO performance and identify areas for improvement.
Tracking and Analytics:
Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.
Implement tracking codes, pixels, and UTM parameters to ensure accurate measurement and reporting.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to ad delivery and performance tracking.
Budget Management:
Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
Monitor spending and adjust bids to ensure cost-efficiency and campaign profitability.
Forecast and report on budget usage and performance metrics.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure campaigns are cutting-edge.
Identify new opportunities for growth and innovation in digital marketing.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the content, creative, and web development teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
Communicate with external vendors and partners as needed to enhance campaign performance.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members and other departments regarding digital marketing best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) as a Digital Marketing Specialist.
In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other major digital advertising platforms.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant tools.
Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or related platforms is a plus.
