Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead our sales initiatives in the Kolkata region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving room and banquet sales, building strong relationships with corporate and travel trade clients, and achieving revenue targets for our hotel properties. This is a senior leadership role suited for someone with a deep understanding of the local market and a proven track record in hospitality sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive business growth across corporate, MICE, leisure, and travel trade segments.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the local sales team to ensure high performance and motivation.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, generate reports, and present insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, digital initiatives, and brand positioning.
  • Stay updated on competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 8–12 years of progressive sales experience in the hotel or hospitality industry, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong network in the Kolkata corporate and travel trade ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹70,000.00 per month
