Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales located in Kolkata. The Head of Sales will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and analyzing sales data to drive growth. The role requires ensuring sales targets are met, developing client relationships, and collaborating with other departments to streamline operations and improve service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Sales Management skills
  • Experience in Account Management and managing key accounts
  • Team Management skills with a proven record of leading and developing a team
  • Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with other departments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the same or similar industry is a plus
