About IMIH:
The Institute for Meditation and Inner Harmony (IMIH) is a global non-profit promoting meditation and wellness. Our innovative mobile app solution, Innergy , enhances employee well-being, helping organizations foster healthier, more engaged employees.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Business Development Representative to drive B2B sales of Innergy to SMBs and Enterprises in North America. This remote, India-based role involves end-to-end sales ownership—from lead generation to deal closure. The position offers high-value incentives for successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential B2B clients; leverage available tools to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Outreach & Engagement: Initiate contact with key decision-makers, qualify leads and schedule demos,
- Solution Selling: Present tailored product demos, address client needs, and position Innergy as a key solution for workplace wellness.
- Deal Closure: Manage negotiations, finalize contracts, and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Reporting: Maintain CRM records and provide regular updates on pipeline status and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in B2B sales of SaaS or mobile apps , preferably in the wellness or HR technology space.
- Experience managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure.
- Experience selling mobile application on subscription based in the wellness space
- Experience selling similar solutions into the North American market.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools
- Willingness to work North American business hours.
