As a Business Development Representative, you will be the driving force behind generating new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients. Your role will focus on identifying, connecting, and nurturing prospects in IT and Sales recruitment, ensuring they understand the value of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and engage with potential clients via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking events.
Conduct market research to identify key decision-makers and tailor outreach strategies.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities through effective lead qualification.
Collaborate with internal recruiters to align client needs with top talent in the market.
Schedule and attend client meetings to discuss recruitment solutions and build long-term partnerships.
Track all activity in CRM software and provide regular progress updates to the sales team.
Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to outreach, pipeline growth, and client acquisition.
What We’re Looking For:
1–2 years of experience in a BDR, Sales, or Recruitment role (experience in IT/SaaS recruitment is a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident phone presence.
Experience using lead generation tools such as Lusha, Prospeo, and RockeReach.
Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for building relationships.
