Position Overview:We are seeking a Business Development Representative to drive B2B sales of
Innergy
to SMBs and Enterprises in North America. This remote, India-based role involves end-to-end sales ownership—from lead generation to deal closure. The position offers high-value incentives for successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Research and identify potential B2B clients; leverage available tools to build a strong sales pipeline.Outreach & Engagement: Initiate contact with key decision-makers, qualify leads and schedule demos,Solution Selling: Present tailored product demos, address client needs, and position
Innergy
as a key solution for workplace wellness.Deal Closure: Manage negotiations, finalize contracts, and consistently achieve sales targets.Reporting: Maintain CRM records and provide regular updates on pipeline status and performance metrics.
Requirements:3–5 years of relevant experience in
B2B sales of SaaS or mobile apps , preferably in the
wellness or HR technology
space.Experience managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure.Experience selling mobile application on subscription based in the wellness spaceExperience selling similar solutions into the North American market.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Proficiency in CRM toolsWillingness to work North American business hours.
