Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager, located in Bhopal. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team, achieving sales targets, developing sales strategies, and maintaining relationships with clients. Regular tasks include market analysis, coordinating with other departments, ensuring customer satisfaction, and reporting to senior management. The role also involves monitoring sales activities, providing training and support to team members, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

  • Strong understanding of financial products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and data
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Willingness to travel as required and work on-site
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
