Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive Recruiter to join our team. The Executive Recruiter will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for senior-level and specialized positions across various industries. This individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong candidate pipelines, and fostering relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs, organizational culture, and role requirements.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract highly qualified candidates.
Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to build a robust talent pipeline.
Candidate Evaluation
Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including interviews, to assess skills, experience, cultural fit, and potential.
Present shortlisted candidates to clients or hiring managers with detailed evaluations and insights.
Client Relationship Management
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment strategies.
Ensure a seamless communication process between candidates and clients throughout the recruitment cycle.
Recruitment Process Management
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment databases.
Ensure compliance with all legal and organizational hiring standards.
Market Research and Insights
Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices.
Provide market intelligence to clients to refine their talent acquisition strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an executive recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role, preferably for senior-level positions.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including searches, headhunting, and leveraging professional networks like LinkedIn.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with candidates.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in applicant recruitment tools.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience recruiting within specific industries, such as research, finance, technology, or healthcare.
Certification in recruiting or talent acquisition (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
