Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive Recruiter to join our team. The Executive Recruiter will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for senior-level and specialized positions across various industries. This individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong candidate pipelines, and fostering relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs, organizational culture, and role requirements.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract highly qualified candidates.
- Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to build a robust talent pipeline.
Candidate Evaluation
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including interviews, to assess skills, experience, cultural fit, and potential.
- Present shortlisted candidates to clients or hiring managers with detailed evaluations and insights.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment strategies.
- Ensure a seamless communication process between candidates and clients throughout the recruitment cycle.
Recruitment Process Management
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment databases.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and organizational hiring standards.
Market Research and Insights
- Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices.
- Provide market intelligence to clients to refine their talent acquisition strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an executive recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role, preferably for senior-level positions.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including searches, headhunting, and leveraging professional networks like .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with candidates.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant recruitment tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience recruiting within specific industries, such as research, finance, technology, or healthcare.
- Certification in recruiting or talent acquisition (e.g., Recruiter).
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
