You will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract and hire talented individuals who align with the Trust's mission and values. This role requires a deep understanding of the Trust's sector, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage the entire recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Job Analysis and Planning:

- Collaborate with hiring managers and program teams to determine staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications that align with the organization's goals and values.
- Conduct job analysis to identify key requirements and qualifications for each position, considering the unique needs of the Trust.
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, professional associations, and other networks to attract talented individuals interested in working for a Trust.

3. Screening and Selection:

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and program teams, ensuring a fair and efficient selection process.

5. Recruitment Process Management:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the applicant tracking system.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to management, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, considering the unique challenges and opportunities within the NGO sector.

6. Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing:

- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop and implement recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent to the Trust.
- Promote the organization's mission, values, and impact through various channels, including social media, career fairs, and industry events.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Executive or similar role, preferably within the NGO/NPO/Trust.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment practices, techniques, and tools, with a focus on the unique challenges and opportunities.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, particularly those relevant to the Trust.

**Salary**: ₹15,492.00 - ₹17,842.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

Willingness to travel:
