Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven
Sr VP - Head FinAGG NBFC
to lead our business strategy, sales, channel partnerships, and growth initiatives. The
Head FinAGG NBFC
will drive end-to-end business execution—from originations to portfolio performance—across Supply Chain - MSME lending products. This role is pivotal in scaling the NBFC's footprint, developing innovative financial solutions, and ensuring profitable, compliant growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Strategy & Growth
- Define and execute business plans aligned with Supply Chain, Cash Flow Lending MSME credit market potential.
- Lead expansion into new geographies, customer segments, and product verticals.
- Own P&L responsibility for the MSME lending business.
- Sales & Distribution
- Drive originations through LSP including FinAGG LSP and other, direct, and digital channels.
- Build and manage a high-performing national sales team.
- Establish strong sourcing partnerships with corporates, fintechs, and aggregators.
- Partnerships & Alliances
- Forge strategic alliances with anchor corporates, fintech enablers, and ecosystem players (e.g., GSTN, AA, Udyam).
- Develop co-lending and FLDG partnerships with Banks and larger NBFCs.
- Product & Credit Innovation
- Spearhead development of innovative loan products tailored for MSMEs (e.g., invoice finance, cash-flow-based lending).
- Collaborate with credit and analytics teams to improve underwriting models and turnaround time.
- Risk & Portfolio Management
- Monitor credit quality and ensure adherence to risk frameworks.
- Drive initiatives to improve collection efficiency and reduce NPAs.
- Regulatory & Stakeholder Management
- Ensure compliance with RBI and other regulatory requirements for NBFCs.
- Represent business insights to investors, board members, and regulators.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in BFSI, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in MSME lending.
- Proven track record in driving loan book growth, team leadership, and managing profitability.
- Deep understanding of MSME ecosystem, credit assessment models, and lending infrastructure.
- Experience in managing partnerships with fintechs, corporates, and financial institutions.
- MBA/CA/Postgraduate from a reputed institution.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in setting up or scaling a digital lending business.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks governing NBFCs.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a problem-solving mindset.
