You’ll be responsible for how millions discover andengage with our micro-dramas, building and scaling a high-performing promo setup from theground up.This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, performance marketing, and strategy,demanding both creative leadership and a data-driven mindset.Key Responsibilities● Build and scale the promo engine: Own end-to-end setup across Facebook,Google, and new channels, driving sustainable growth in installs, engagement, andROI.● Lead and mentor a high-performing team: Writers, editors, and performancemarketers, aligned towards creative excellence and measurable business outcomes.● Solve problems, fast: Tackle creative fatigue, targeting challenges, or platform shiftswith structured problem-solving and rapid experimentation.● Turn insights into action: Translate audience data and content moments into sharp,high-impact promo strategies.● Create scalable systems: Establish frameworks for creative testing, optimization,and attribution to make performance repeatable and predictable.● Leverage AI and automation: Use generative tools and predictive analytics toenhance creative velocity and decision accuracy.● Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with content, design, and data teams to turnpowerful story moments into high-performing promo assets.Requirements:● 5+ years leading promo or performance teams in content, OTT, gaming, orhigh-growth consumer platforms.● Proven expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and marketing analyticsplatforms.● Experience building and optimizing scalable promo engines that drive measurablebusiness impact.● Strong commercial acumen- ability to link creative ideas to acquisition, retention, andrevenue outcomes.● Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability; thrives in fast-paced, iterativeenvironments.● Passion for content, culture, and how audiences connect with stories online.Why Join UsAt Vertical TV, we’re reimagining how India watches stories: short-form, high-impact, anddeeply emotional.As Promo Head, you’ll shape the engine that takes these stories to millions, every singleday.
