Producer - On Air Promotions, Sony Yay

**Position**:Producer - On Air Promotions

**Purpose**:The position is responsible for creating the OAP communication for a show and drive execution of promos within timelines and ensuring reach as per channel requirement

**Education**:Graduate in Design / Communication (preferred)

**Experience**:4-5 years of OAP experience

**Location**:Mumbai

**Reporting Relationship**:Team Lead - On Air Promotions

**Business/Channel/Function**:Sony YAY

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promotion Planning
- Receive show brief from Programming and Marketing team and understand details of the concept and vision
- Decide on the high point of the show and accordingly start working on the promotable point
- Shoot or edit the promo basis the requirement of the show
- Conceptualize the detailed concept, campaign, scale and look and feel of the promos in alignment with the brief provided
- Share detailed concept note with programming team and brainstorm to finalize the concept note for the show
- Devise an innovative/ out of the box on air promotion campaign
- OAP Execution
- Execution of promo brief based on requirements
- Share promo brief with external agency and clarify expectations
- Participate in shoots and provide inputs; Shoot promos depending on requirement
- Present promos to programming team for feedback and incorporate any recommended changes to enhance the effectiveness of the promo
- Work with the post production team on edits, audio mixing and grading
- Share the final promo with the OAP Lead & OAP Head for approval
- Brand Films
- Creating Brand films for Sales(to share the line for the upcoming financial year)
- Creating Brand films for Sponsors
- Conceptualize and execute Promo brand Integrations
