**Position**: Associate Producer - On Air Promotions Operations, Sports
- **Purpose**:The position is responsible for day-to-day operations and smooth functioning in conjunction with the Sports OAP team. The position holder needs to have the ability to be agile and have eye for detail and ability to cope with competing demands with a sense of urgency, smart solutions, and project management skills.
- **Education**:Graduate (Language-basis genre)
- **Experience**: 2+years of OAP Ops experience. Language proficiency in Tamil & Telugu is a must. Knowledge / experience in Sports will be an added advantage.

- **Key Responsibilities**:

- **
Support to On Air Promotions team**
- Dispatch - Promo delivery, versioning, following covering sheet, administration and co-ordination.
- Work with the post-production team on edits, audio mixing and graphics.
- Provide support to the OAP team in their day to day operations
- Key Metrics: Turnaround time (TAT)
- ** Stakeholder Management**
- Ensuring follow-ups and coordination with other departments - Post Production, OAP, marketing, programming and Legal.
- Co-ordinate/manage footage for promos, taking/organizing post bookings.
- Delivering required promos and creatives to Marketing, Distribution, Digital & other teams.
- Follow up on the contracts and payments of outside vendors working with OAP team.
- Key Metrics: Turnaround time (TAT), Quality of Output
- ** Material Management**
- Responsible for material management and promo archival.
- Maintaining the Archival of promos and shoot footages. Coordinate with external teams to get International Promos.
- Key Metrics: Ensuring proper Archival, Ensuring delivery as per timelines.
