**Position**: Producer - On Air Promotions, Hindi Movies
- **Purpose**:The position is responsible for creating the OAP plan for shows and drive execution of promos within timelines.
- **Education**:Graduate in Design (preferred)
- **Experience**:4+ years of OAP experience
- **Location**: Mumbai

- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategy and budgeting
- Understand upcoming shows, events, and content on the channel, and assist OAP Head to develop OAP strategy and budget
- Review actual vs forecasted expenses for assigned projects on a continuous basis, and adjust expenditure in case budgets change
- Promotion planning
- Receive show brief from Programming and Marketing team and understand details of the concept and vision
- Conceptualize the detailed concept, campaign, scale and look and feel of the promos in alignment with the brief provided
- Share detailed concept note with programming team and brainstorm to finalize the concept note for the show
- Develop briefs for various promos (concept promo, cast introduction promos, etc.)
- Review of operations
- Plan for execution of promo brief based on internal team’s availability and skill requirements
- Share promo brief with external agency and clarify expectations
- Participate in shoots and provide inputs; Shoot promos depending on requirement
- Review rough cuts and provide inputs and suggestions for re-work
- Present promos to programming team for feedback and incorporate the same to enhance the effectiveness of the promo
- Share promos with post production team for any add-ons required
- Review the promo output created by the team and suggest corrections as and when required
