Job Title: Promo Head ( Vertical TV) Location: Mumbai Experience : 5+ years leading promo teams and scaling high-performing promo engine across Facebook and Google About the Role We’re looking for a Promo Head who can blend business thinking, creative instinct, and problem-solving into one growth engine. You’ll be responsible for how millions discover and engage with our micro-dramas, building and scaling a high-performing promo setup from the ground up. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, performance marketing, and strategy, demanding both creative leadership and a data-driven mindset. Key Responsibilities ● Build and scale the promo engine: Own end-to-end setup across Facebook, Google, and new channels, driving sustainable growth in installs, engagement, and ROI. ● Lead and mentor a high-performing team: Writers, editors, and performance marketers, aligned towards creative excellence and measurable business outcomes. ● Solve problems, fast: Tackle creative fatigue, targeting challenges, or platform shifts with structured problem-solving and rapid experimentation. ● Turn insights into action: Translate audience data and content moments into sharp, high-impact promo strategies. ● Create scalable systems: Establish frameworks for creative testing, optimization, and attribution to make performance repeatable and predictable. ● Leverage AI and automation: Use generative tools and predictive analytics to enhance creative velocity and decision accuracy. ● Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with content, design, and data teams to turn powerful story moments into high-performing promo assets. Requirements: ● 5+ years leading promo or performance teams in content, OTT, gaming, or high-growth consumer platforms. ● Proven expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and marketing analytics platforms. ● Experience building and optimizing scalable promo engines that drive measurable business impact. ● Strong commercial acumen- ability to link creative ideas to acquisition, retention, and revenue outcomes. ● Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability; thrives in fast-paced, iterative environments. ● Passion for content, culture, and how audiences connect with stories online.
