Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager North at Swastik Engitech Pvt Ltd (BANSAL Presses). The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities in the Northern region, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with the sales team, analyzing market trends, and contributing to the company's growth. The candidate should be preferably based out of Delhi NCR and should be in the machine tool industry or related fields. Knowledge of presses would add brownie points to your application.
A sales manager with a technical background is preferred along with decent sales experience. The person must be open to travel in and around Delhi NCR and also nearby cities.
Qualifications
- Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship skills
- Knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the industrial machinery sector is a plus
- Ability to travel within the region
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in sales & marketing is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in sales.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
