Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Regular meetings and upselling to existing clients.
  • Regular hand over of pending clients with new business.
  • Regular meetings with new business and new clients.
  • Assess if preliminary information is compliant with all Sourcefin PO and INVD
    mandates.
  • Review all information before processing the deal through the relevant stages.
  • Liaise with clients on timelines and current updates per purchase order deal and
    invoice discounting deal.
  • Negotiating with clients on payment terms, timelines and profit share.
  • Onboarding new clients on all Sourcefin systems.
  • Providing expectation management between client and internal legal, banking,
    procurement and logistics team.
  • Assisting clients in managing their relationship with the end user.
  • Follow up with receiving delivery note and invoice.
  • Assist finance in contacting end user regarding payment and payment terms.

Requirements Experience and Qualifications
  • Min 3-5 years of either sales, client management or business development experience.
  • Strong academic profile.
  • Bcom degree.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Innovative and entrepreneurially minded.
  • Strong financial literacy.

Requirements
Experience and Qualifications: Registered CA (SA) advantageous. Bcom degree in finance, tax, accounting or auditing. 3-5 years experience in the industry in a similar type of role such as Financial Analyst, Financial Manager or Financial Administrator. Experience with implementing accounting principles, strategies and controls. Experience with managing a team. Skills and knowledge You are eager to learn and take on new initiatives, challenges, and action solutions to business problems. You must be a proactive communicator who can effectively manage multiple priorities and stakeholders' expectations simultaneously. You are detail-orientated and organised in your work. You have experience and display management and leadership capabilities. You are driven, ambitious, and committed to meeting deadlines and hitting targets. You have sound accounting and finance knowledge and can build systems and practices catering to business needs.
