Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Executive. The HR Executive will play a pivotal role in architecting and executing human resources strategies that support the foundation's outreach, educational initiatives, and internal operations. This includes talent acquisition, employee development, compliance, and fostering a culture aligned with STEM education and social impact.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding- Manage end-to-end recruitment—job postings, screening, interviews—for roles such as trainers, program coordinators.

Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences, including orientation and alignment with the Foundation's mission.

Employee and Volunteer Relations - Serve as a liaison between management and staff· Address concerns, resolve issues, and maintain high morale and motivation.

HR Operations & Administration· Maintain accurate employee and volunteer records.· Maintain HR metrics (e.g., recruitment numbers, retention, training stats).·

Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, compliance documentation, and contract management.

Performance Management - Support performance review processes and goal-setting.· Facilitate constructive feedback and recognition.

Compliance & Policy - Help develop and implement HR policies in line with legal regulations and Foundation values.

Educate and guide staff on adherence to these standards.

Events & Program Support- Provide HR support during STEM events, workshops, and competitions—handling logistics like participant engagement, travel coordination, and volunteer onboarding.

Required Qualifications :

Education: Bachelor's, Master's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Personal Management ·

Experience: Proven experience in Human Resource management, preferably within the education technology or STEM fields.

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in dynamic environments with a problem-solving mindset.

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.62 per month
