Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the

Pune region, focusing on the Horeca (Hotel, Restaurant, and Café) sector. The ideal candidate will have a

strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain

relationships with key customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets in the Horeca sector.

  2. Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, including hotels, restaurants,

cafes, and other foodservice establishments.

  1. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry

trends.

  1. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  2. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documents.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's / Post Graduate degree, preferably MBA in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

  2. Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience in the Horeca sector, preferably in a similar role.

  3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
