Role & responsibilities

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to candidate onboarding.
• Source candidates through diverse platforms, techniques, and innovative strategies to attract top talent.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidate qualifications, competencies, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements, expectations, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to address current and future hiring needs. Onboarding and Transition Management
• Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
• Facilitate orientation programs to familiarize new employees with company culture, policies, and processes. Employer Branding
• Enhance the organizations employer branding initiatives to attract and retain highquality candidates.
• Promote the company as a preferred employer through strategic communication and marketing efforts.

Preferred candidate profile

experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR management roles

Technical Skills:


• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.


• Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies
