As a Senior Project Manager at Cayana Infratech Pvt. Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating high-quality construction projects from inception to completion. Based in Bhubaneswar and offered as a full-time position, this senior-level role requires expertise in project management to ensure safety, quality, and timeliness. You will be integral in forecasting budgets, managing risks, and collaborating with stakeholders for smooth project execution.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in budget forecasting (Mandatory skill) to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
  • Expertise in using Microsoft Project (Mandatory skill) for effective project planning and tracking progress.
  • Experience in high-rise building construction (Mandatory skill), demonstrating capability in overseeing complex projects.
  • Strong risk management skills to identify potential issues and devise strategies for mitigation.
  • Stellar stakeholder management abilities to facilitate communication and alignment among diverse project participants.
  • Capable of implementing change management processes to adapt to project modifications efficiently.
  • Thorough understanding of construction principles to effectively guide project execution.
  • Proven experience in building construction, showcasing ability to deliver on complex architectural designs.
