About the Role

We are seeking dynamic professionals to join our
Project Management & Control (PMC)
team. The Project Controller function ensures disciplined and profitable execution of projects by driving financial control, risk management, and execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Project planning, scheduling, and execution oversight (Primavera/MS Project).

Strict financial control – budget, billing milestones, collections, profitability.

Procurement & vendor management – contracts, SLAs, negotiations.

Compliance & risk management – statutory approvals, disputes, scope changes.

Stakeholder & client management – escalation authority, dispute resolution.

Monitoring & reporting – Power BI, ERP, Google Sheets, AI-integrated dashboards.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong execution & multi-project control ability.

Financial acumen (budgeting, cost control, profitability).

Risk management & problem-solving mindset.

Vendor negotiation & procurement expertise.

Digital/MIS proficiency

Strong communication & leadership presence.

Requirements

Minimum
4+ years of relevant project control experience
.

Preferred sectors: T&D, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Renewable, or Energy projects.
