Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Kolkata. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales growth. Day-to-day tasks include market research, outreach to potential clients, developing sales strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business efforts.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
  • Skills in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Data Analysis
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Relevant experience in the coffee or food and beverage industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
