Job Summary

:

The key focus for this role would be to strive on improving the Employee Experience through active partnership with the business. This role brings the best of Employee experience and Business partnership together

a) Understand the business and stakeholder needs and promote initiatives that balance a performance culture with employee experience

b) Analyse every component of the interface between our employees and ensure that these touchpoints offer the best employee experience

c) Champion AGS Culture, Employee Engagement and Wellbeing by driving global best practices in AGS India, ensuring that it provides the opportunity to realize one’s fullest potential and growth

d) Be an ambassador for the Allegis Global Solutions brand at every interaction and create an enabling environment where the business, individual and the collective can sustain and thrive

Your success will be measured by employee engagement levels, retention, culture, wellness and recognition indices, feedback from business leaders/managers andother relevant performance and productivity metrics

Responsibilities :

Work closely with HR/business leaders, global and local stakeholders to design and drive strategic initiatives and transformational work that improve employee experience and business partnership Ensure premium EX is offered to all employees, with continued focus on improving the experience Undertake a wide range of people related actions to enhance end-to-end employee experience and business performance Gather and analyze data with useful employee metrics (related to onboarding, performance, engagement, retention, learning, recognition, wellness, diversity, exit sentiments etc.) to enable informed people and business decisions Design, implement policies and programs that create a positive impact on the employees; involve in initiatives that deepen their connect with the organization Partner with global and local stakeholders, third-party service providers to drive initiatives that enhance the various touch-points of business and employee experience Help drive the usage of our digital, automation/ online tools meant for people initiatives to its full potential and ensure positive employee impact Maintain a proactive people connect, understand the pulse of the organization, work with stakeholders to evolve immediate and long-term solutions Manage multiple ongoing projects aimed at enhancing business partnering and employee experience Keep leaders apprised of initiatives, progress and timelines; provide executive summaries on tool usage, strategies, campaigns

Qualifications

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience :

Post-Graduation in Business Management, Humanities, related discipline or equivalent experience 10 to 15 years experience in Business HR/ HR Consulting/ Business Consulting Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) Previous experience within the staffing industry or corporate HR is preferred Exposure to driving strategic people initiatives, change management and employee engagement is a must Experience in enhancing local team ownership, tracking and improving people metrics and supporting managers and leaders to improve their team metrics Comfort level in managing and influencing stakeholders without formal hierarchical relationships and working in matrixed project teams and resources Comfort in using and promoting digital touchpoints and connects; strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint and Word) and HR tools/ ERPs Familiarity with HR dashboards/ metrics and analytics to bring in insights related to people metrics, employee experience and suggest data-based interventions
