We have a team of dedicated culinary and food service professionals who can cater to all your requirements of Food & Beverage in a clean, hygienic environment and get it served to your guest with style & panache.

Employment Type:

Full-time

ExperienceMinimum 10 to 12 years of experience working with large F&B operationsPrior experience in catering & banquet operations is a must.Must be proficient in multiple South Indian cuisines.

Job DescriptionTo lead the South Indian food production and execute it event after event with passion, dedication, and consistency.Estimate food production requirements and perform administrative duties as required to run an efficient kitchen operation.Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards and optimize food production costs.Interact with guests to curate the culinary experience for their event.Allocate all duties & responsibilities and optimize manpower utilization.Pre-empt and resolve problems efficiently. Resolve guest feedback and complaints.To lead & comply with nutrition, hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards for the company.

Should be a keen observer and willing to learn.Keep up with the latest cooking trends and industry best practices.Ability to communicate clearly.
