Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Sous Chef at Nascon Placements & Consultant in Bengaluru. The Executive Sous Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, assisting the Head Chef, developing menus, managing food preparation, and ensuring quality and consistency in food production.

Qualifications

- Culinary arts degree or relevant certification- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or relevant role- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations- Strong leadership and communication skills- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment- Creativity in menu planning and food presentation- Attention to detail and organizational skills- Experience in fine dining or upscale establishments is a plus
