India's Largest Roll Chain - Tibb's Frankie with over 300 outlets in 10 Cities, started in 1969. We are looking for a Sous Chef to Lead the central kitchen operations in Malviya Nagar, Delhi. The kitchen is responsible for servicing 25+ outlets across NCR.

**Overview**

We are looking for a diligent and efficient Base Kitchen Handler to join our team. The Base Kitchen Handler is responsible for assisting in the overall operations of the base kitchen, ensuring that food preparation areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and productivity of the kitchen, supporting chefs, and ensuring a seamless workflow.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Food Preparation and Cooking**
- **Cooking**: Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes, ensuring authenticity and high quality.
- **Presentation**: Ensure dishes are presented attractively and in line with the restaurant's standards.
- **Experimentation**: Experiment with new ingredients and techniques to enhance the menu.

**Kitchen Management**
- **Supervision**: Manage kitchen staff, including sous chefs, line cooks, and kitchen assistants.
- **Training**: Provide training and guidance to staff on Indian cooking techniques and food safety practices.
- **Scheduling**: Organize and manage kitchen staff schedules to ensure smooth operations.

**Quality Control**
- **Ingredient Selection**: Source and select high-quality ingredients, focusing on freshness and authenticity.
- **Consistency**: Maintain consistency in taste, portion sizes, and presentation of dishes.
- **Sanitation**: Ensure the kitchen complies with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

**Cost Management**
- **Budgeting**: Manage the kitchen budget, controlling food costs and minimizing waste.
- **Inventory Management**: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock without over-purchasing.
- **Waste Reduction**: Implement strategies to reduce food waste and optimize resource use.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
