About the Role - We are seeking a motivated and proactive professional to join our team. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and managing targeted marketing campaigns that focus on direct consumer engagement. This role involves designing and implementing promotional activities to enhance brand visibility, drive customer interaction, and achieve sales and marketing objectives.
Responsibilities
- BTL Activation:
- Develop and execute BTL marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Plan and manage promotional events, product launches, and experiential marketing activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of BTL campaigns.
- Vendor Management:
- Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and services.
- Monitor vendor performance and maintain quality standards.
- Merchandising:
- Complete ownership on managing Branded Marketing Collaterals and Merchandising elements as per Brand Guidelines
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to optimize product placement and sales.
- Coordinate with retail partners to ensure effective in-store displays and promotions.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Campaign Execution:
- Plan and execute on-ground activation campaigns to drive consumer engagement.
- Manage logistics and coordination for events, including staffing, equipment, and materials.
- Work with external vendor to execute the on-ground activities
- Track and report on the effectiveness of on-ground activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8–10 years of experience in BTL activations, event management, or experiential marketing
- Proven track record of managing successful on-ground campaigns
Required Skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Creative thinker with excellent interpersonal skills
