Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over a year of experience in marketing and sales, with a proven track record of managing campaigns, coordinating product launches, interacting with Influencers, brand promoters and generating leads. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing strategies and support business growth in B2C and spear heading B2B market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and implement annual marketing roadmaps and campaigns.
  2. Coordinate with product management teams for new product launches.
  3. Work closely with content and graphic design teams to develop and implement marketing strategies.
  4. Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms and oversee PLA and ad management.
  5. Collaborate with key account managers for e-commerce channels to drive revenue growth.
  6. Organize and manage events, exhibitions, and ATL/BTL marketing activities.
  7. Identify and cultivate relevant Social Media Influencers and Brand Promoters.
  8. Generate leads for B2B Sales through email campaigns, LinkedIn contacts and other BTL activities.
  9. Contribute in preparation for B2B proposals, negotiating terms.

Qualifications:

  1. Must have work experience of 2 years.
  2. MBA/PGDM in Marketing with a strong Brand Building and PR inclination.
  3. Bachelor's degree in Automobile Engineering or equivalent technical field is preferred.


Key Skills:

  1. Strong understanding of product marketing, brand management, and channel marketing.
  2. Hands-on experience in event organizing management for ATL and BTL activities, PR, and marketing communications - coordination. Handle Press Release as on required.
  3. Should be proficient in doing Market Research for new products development, identifying Beach Head Market, product life cycle planning.
  4. Should be proficient in Business Analytics, Demand forecasting
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  6. Proficient in English and Hindi.
  7. Should be able to travel as per business requirements, client meetings, demos and events.
