Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager at Brilliant Brains. We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager with a proven track record in client relationship management and performance marketing to join our team. You'll be a key player in developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing client relationships, and driving campaign performance.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and point of contact.
Understand client needs and develop customized digital marketing strategies to achieve their goals.
Effectively communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to clients.
Ensure client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and exceptional service.
Performance Marketing Expertise:
Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., Google Ads, social media advertising, email marketing).
Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
Manage campaign budgets and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure optimal ROI.
Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., content, creative, development) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Contribute to the development and implementation of overall marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience: 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on client management and performance marketing.
Client relationship skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Performance marketing expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.
Analytical skills: Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to extract insights and make data-driven decisions.
Project management skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Leadership qualities: Ability to lead and motivate a team.
AI knowledge: Familiarity with AI marketing tools and technologies is a plus.
Certifications in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, or equivalent are a plus
