Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Strategist to join our dynamic team at SEPAL. The ideal candidate will have over two years of experience in marketing and sales, with a proven track record of managing campaigns, coordinating product launches, interacting with influencers and brand promoters, and generating leads.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing strategies and support business growth in B2C and spearheading B2B market.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement annual marketing roadmaps and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with product management teams for new product launches.
  • Work closely with content and graphic design teams to develop and implement marketing strategies.
  • Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms and oversee PLA and ad management.
  • Collaborate with key account managers for e-commerce channels to drive revenue growth.
  • Organize and manage events, exhibitions, and ATL/BTL marketing activities.
  • Identify and cultivate relevant Social Media Influencers and Brand Promoters.
  • Generate leads for B2B Sales through email campaigns, LinkedIn contacts, and other BTL activities.
  • Contribute in preparation for B2B proposals, negotiating terms.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of work experience.
  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing with a strong Brand Building and PR inclination.
  • Bachelor's degree in Automobile Engineering or equivalent technical field is preferred.
Key Skills:
  • Strong understanding of product marketing, brand management, and channel marketing.
  • Hands-on experience in event organizing management for ATL and BTL activities, PR, and marketing communications - coordination. Handle Press Release as required.
  • Should be proficient in doing Market Research for new products development, identifying Beach Head Market, product life cycle planning.
  • Should be proficient in Business Analytics, Demand forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in English and Hindi.
  • Should be able to travel as per business requirements, client meetings, demos, and events.
