Job Description:
Seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our institutional sales efforts in Kolkata. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in B2B sales, with experience in selling educational products or services to schools, colleges, coaching institutes and other institutions. As a Sales Manager, he will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our market presence in the assigned region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Identify and target key institutional customers, including schools, colleges, universities, libraries and government colleges & organizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, including pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, such as revenue, pipeline, and conversion rates, to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
