Hiring Client Relationship Manager for Manorama Industries Ltd


Position: Client Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the Sales team in meeting objectives by acquiring new clientele and optimizing revenue streams.
  • Maintain accurate records by updating Sales Calls and Leads in the Sales Module.
  • Ensure meticulous record-keeping by managing a comprehensive inquiry log and providing timely feedback.
  • Foster and sustain robust business relationships with clients, sales personnel, and interdepartmental teams.
  • Oversee seamless business transitions by securing post-shipping and pre-shipping document approvals from the Branch Manager.
  • Address customer service needs and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders as required.
  • Develop compelling marketing materials and sales presentations to enhance customer engagement and support sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer demands and bolster sales efforts.
  • Identify potential clients through proactive prospecting and expand the customer base via cold calling activities.
  • Deliver daily Management Information System (MIS) reports to the Vice President of Sales.
  • Flexibility to travel frequently between the Head Office in Raipur and the Corporate Office in Andheri East, Mumbai, in alignment with the needs of the Manorama Group.


Location: Andheri (East), Mumbai

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Preferably, a Master's degree in Sales & Marketing.

Experience:

  • 3 to 10 years of relevant experience.

Salary Range:

  • Annual compensation ranging from 6 to 9 Lakhs.
