Title: Assistant, Document ManagementAssists with compiling and maintaining project documentation files consisting of technical data, engineering/supplier drawings, technical specifications, purchase orders, and other project-required documents. Assists with updating, examining, and maintaining project document control record keeping system and verifying completeness and accuracy of data. Assists with preparing transmittals and distributes data as directed. Assists with the interface of the reproduction department for required reproduction associated with copy and distribution requirements per project procedures. Requires working knowledge of job procedures and tools obtained through formal training or work experience. Works under moderate supervision in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures and makes sound decisions. Work is typically of a routine nature, but may at times require interpretation or deviation from standard procedures. Communicates information that requires some explanation or interpretation. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High School diploma with at least 2 years of related experience; or requires an equivalent combination of related training and experience.
