Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Airline Process

Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift Timings:

Male Candidates: Rotational Shifts (24x7)

Female Candidates: Day Shifts (Any 9 hours till 8 PM)

Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in Customer Service

About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Airline Customer Support Team. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in assisting passengers, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless travel experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries and complaints through voice, chat, and email channels.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding flight bookings, schedules, fares, and airline policies.
  • Manage inbound and outbound interactions professionally while maintaining service quality standards.
  • Resolve issues effectively and escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Perform back-office tasks such as documentation, case tracking, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and courteous service.
  • Desired Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (preferably in travel, BPO, or related domains).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
