Job Title: Customer Support Executive Airline Process
Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation
For Experienced Candidates:
- CTC: 28,500
- In-Hand Salary: 24,000
For Freshers:
- CTC: 23,000
- In-Hand Salary: 18,500
Shift Timings
- Male Candidates: Rotational shifts (Shift start times from 7:00 AM onwards; 24x7 operations)
- Female Candidates: Fixed day shifts (Any 9-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM)
- Weekly Off: One rotational off
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers or candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in Customer Service
- Must clear the Versant Communication Test with a minimum score of 4
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and concerns related to airline bookings, services, and policies
- Provide prompt, accurate, and effective solutions through voice and non-voice channels
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions
- Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving capabilities
- Basic computer proficiency
