Job Title: Customer Support Executive Airline Process

Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation

For Experienced Candidates:

  • CTC: 28,500
  • In-Hand Salary: 24,000

For Freshers:

  • CTC: 23,000
  • In-Hand Salary: 18,500

Shift Timings

  • Male Candidates: Rotational shifts (Shift start times from 7:00 AM onwards; 24x7 operations)
  • Female Candidates: Fixed day shifts (Any 9-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM)
  • Weekly Off: One rotational off

Eligibility Criteria

  • Freshers or candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in Customer Service
  • Must clear the Versant Communication Test with a minimum score of 4

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries and concerns related to airline bookings, services, and policies
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and effective solutions through voice and non-voice channels
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently
