Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Employment Type: Contractual
About the Role:
We are seeking two Customer Support Executives on a temporary basis to manage call volumes arising from ongoing procurement activities. The selected candidates will play a key role in ensuring seamless customer experience and uninterrupted operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound(limited) customer calls efficiently and professionally.
- Address customer queries related to procurement activities and provide accurate information.
- Escalate complex queries to relevant teams for resolution.
- Maintain call logs, records, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Deliver service with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
- Contribute to smooth functioning of customer support operations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 12 years of domestic call center / customer support experience (mandatory).
- Fluency in Gujarati (Preferably), along with Hindi and English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage high call volumes and work under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email handling, CRM tools preferred).
