Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Location: Kanjurmarg

Employment Type: Contractual

About the Role:

We are seeking two Customer Support Executives on a temporary basis to manage call volumes arising from ongoing procurement activities. The selected candidates will play a key role in ensuring seamless customer experience and uninterrupted operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle inbound and outbound(limited) customer calls efficiently and professionally.
  2. Address customer queries related to procurement activities and provide accurate information.
  3. Escalate complex queries to relevant teams for resolution.
  4. Maintain call logs, records, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  5. Deliver service with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
  6. Contribute to smooth functioning of customer support operations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 12 years of domestic call center / customer support experience (mandatory).
  2. Fluency in Gujarati (Preferably), along with Hindi and English communication skills.
  3. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to manage high call volumes and work under pressure.
  5. Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email handling, CRM tools preferred).
