Location: We are currently seeking qualified candidates for our Airline Ticketing Process/ Ground Staff position in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Job Description: As a member of our Airline Ticketing Process/ Ground Staff team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to airline passengers. Your primary duties will include checking in passengers, issuing boarding passes, and assisting with any inquiries or concerns they may have. You will also be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the airport and its passengers.
