Customer Support Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing product and service information, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include receiving and responding to inbound calls and emails, performing troubleshooting steps, escalating complex issues to senior support staff, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.

Job Description
- IEnergizer Pune is hiring enthusiastic and customer focused professional for an Premium Airline Process. This Role is ideal for candidates with Prior BPO voice process experience who are looking to build career in the travel & Airline domain.

Key Responsibilities

·      Handle inbound calls related to Airline Services

·      Assist customers with booking, Cancellation rescheduling and other quires

·      Providing excellent customer support while ensuring first call resolution.

·      Maintaining Professional communication and adhering to company quality Standards

·      Work in coordination with the team to meet daily targets and KPI's

Required Skills & Qualification

·      Graduation is mandate

·      Minimum 1 Year of BPO experience(Voice Process only )

·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·      Strong Knowledge of BPO operation and customer support practices

·      Ability to work in rotational Shift for Males and Females 6.00 Am to 8.00 Pm window

·      Experience with Travel domain would be an additional Benefit in salary.

·      Salary for BPO Experience- 30K CTC

·      Salary for 1 Year Travel Background- 33K CTC

·      Working Days- 5 days a week

·      Interview Mode- Virtual and Walk-in interview available
