About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting the overall HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to maintain a healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring).
  • Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Organize employee engagement activities, team-building sessions, and cultural events.
  • HR Operations & Compliance
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist in payroll processing and attendance management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Performance Management
  • Support the performance appraisal process and maintain feedback systems.
  • Work with managers to identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
  • Policy & Process Management
  • Assist in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and a positive workplace culture.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as HR Executive / HR Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and statutory compliances.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
