Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in Bathinda. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for sourcing and hiring candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the recruitment process. Additionally, the specialist will be involved in training new hires and ensuring smooth onboarding.   • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in Training and onboarding new hires
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the social or creative industry is a plus
