We’re looking for 2 experienced Business Development Managers who have hands-on experience working with US clients in the outsourcing/offshoring industry. If you’re skilled in consultative selling, relationship-building, and closing deals with US-based firms, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:- Identify, qualify, and pursue new B2B business opportunities in the US market- Pitch offshore staffing solutions to small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs), CPAs, legal firms, Wealth management, etc.- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline via outbound outreach ( calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, referrals)- Schedule and conduct product demos or discovery calls with decision-makers- Draft proposals, negotiate contracts, and close long-term client engagements- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process- Maintain relationships with clients for upselling and long-term growth- Represent the company in client meetings, webinars, and industry forumsIdeal Candidate:- 4–6 years of business development experience, preferably in BPO/KPO/Sales.- Prior experience working with US clients or agencies is a must- Strong communication and presentation skills- Ability to work independently.- Familiar with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive)- Comfortable working night shifts (EST/PST hours) to align with US business timings✅ Must-Have:- Proven track record of closing B2B deals in the US or North American market- Excellent English communication (verbal and written)- Immediate or short notice joiners preferredLocation: (India-based)Shift: Night shift (aligning with US EST/PST timezone)To apply, send your resume to or DM us directly.#BusinessDevelopment #SalesJobs #HiringNow #B2BSales #USClients #Outsourcing #CitadelCoworkers
