Best NanoTech is seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base across the United States of America. This onsite role (Gurugram, India) is ideal for professionals with proven expertise in international business development, client acquisition, and relationship management within IT and semiconductor-focused recruitment services.Key Responsibilities:- Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients across US markets in IT and Semiconductor domains. - Develop and execute strategies to grow Best NanoTech’s footprint across recruitment services and workforce solutions. - Manage the end-to-end business development cycle—from lead generation to contract closure. - Build strong, long-term relationships with CXOs, HR leaders, and hiring managers across industries. - Collaborate with recruitment delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely fulfillment of requirements. - Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities. - Represent Best NanoTech in client meetings, industry events, and virtual presentations.Required Qualifications:- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in international business development, preferably in staffing/recruitment or IT services. - Strong network and proven track record of client acquisition in US markets. - Excellent knowledge of IT recruitment, staffing models, and workforce solutions. - Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. - Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Preferred Educational Background:- Bachelor’s in Engineering or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field. - Technical/IT background will be an added advantage to understand client requirements better.Why Join Best NanoTech:- Attractive base salary with performance-linked incentives. - Opportunity to be a key player in expanding into high-potential US markets. - Work with a dynamic team specializing in IT & semiconductor-focused recruitment worldwide. - Growth-oriented environment with global exposure.
