Senior Pre-Sales Manager

Responsibilities: -
Develop and implement effective pre-sales strategies to showcase our staffing services to potential clients.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align pre-sales activities with overall business goals.
Act as a key point of contact for potential clients during the pre-sales process.
Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops to showcase the value proposition of our staffing solutions.
Work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct thorough requirements analysis and collaborate with internal teams to ensure the proposed solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in pre-sales, business development, or a related role within the staffing industry.
Strong understanding of staffing solutions, recruitment processes, and industry best practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage a pre-sales team.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events, as required.
