Job Description:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets for
both international and Indian markets.
• Lead and manage the sales team to drive performance and exceed sales objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
• Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements, leveraging our
Salesforce background and expertise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and
customer success to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to
effectively position our offerings in the marketplace.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management.
• Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to the sales team to enhance their skills and
capabilities.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to
promote our brand and expand our market presence.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in
achieving and exceeding targets.
• Experience in selling Salesforce solutions or working in a Salesforce partner company is
highly desirable.
• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make informed decisions.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for driving business growth.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events. .
